No. We offer both in-person care and secure telehealth, depending on your needs. Most visits take place in person at our Clearwater office, but virtual visits are always available when more convenient or clinically appropriate. We’ll work with you to decide what’s best for each situation.

No. We use a transparent, flat-fee membership model. This frees us from insurance restrictions and allows for truly personalized, high-touch care.

Yes. Your membership covers comprehensive care with Dr. Sisodia, but we recommend keeping insurance for services outside our scope—some examples include: emergency care, routine bloodwork and labs, imaging, hospitalizations, surgeries, or specialty care and procedures.

Absolutely. We coordinate all outside referrals, imaging, and specialty labs when needed, and guide you through the process every step of the way.
