Dr. Teeresa Sisodia
Born in India to a multigenerational family of physicians, Dr. Teeresa Sisodia was immersed in the world of medicine from the very beginning. More than a career path, medicine was the language of her home and the rhythm of everyday life. Though her family moved to the United States before she turned two, that early legacy quietly shaped the kind of physician she would one day become.
An avid scholar and linguist, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami. Now a board-certified family physician with 29 years of wide-ranging clinical experience—including inpatient care, urgent care, and outpatient medicine—Dr. Sisodia offers care that’s deeply informed, practical, and precise. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hindi, and connects with patients across cultures with ease, warmth, and trust.
At the heart of her approach is a simple but powerful philosophy: listen deeply, teach thoughtfully, and guide with purpose. Dr. Sisodia partners closely with each patient to strengthen the pillars of health—physical, mental, and emotional—focusing not just on disease management, but on optimizing healthspan and supporting long-term vitality.
She founded My Choice Primary Care to deliver the kind of care she believes patients truly deserve: relationship-centered, intentionally small, and always guided by context and conversation.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Sisodia is a wife, a mother of two teenage sons, and someone who finds joy in the quiet moments—reading, gardening, playing tennis, fishing, and cooking. These grounding pleasures reflect her belief that vibrant health fosters a vibrant life.
